Creating your plan
We'll start by getting to know each other during a fun and lighthearted photo session soon after your engagement. I feel this is an indispensable part of your wedding photography plan — that's why it's included with any plan you choose.
Your engagement session is the perfect opportunity, in a relaxed setting, for me to learn how you got to know and love each other. You'll be able to see how I operate, and we'll develop a shorthand for working together on your wedding day.
Then, before the big event, we'll get together to talk about the shots you don't want to miss, a plan for getting the family together for formals, and the benefits of sharing a private moment together for portraits before the day gets away from you.
I encourage parents and best friends to be part of this planning session — they'll help keep our plan on track when a thousand things are happening at once.
Your rehearsal is a great time to reconnect and prepare for a joyful day. By then, I will encourage you to just relax and leave the details to me — and try to remember as much about your wedding day as you can!
But then, that's what I'm there for.
